How to Play
Setup
-
Place the special starting card with an “X” in the center of the playing area.
-
Each player takes 18 cards of one color, shuffles them face down, and holds them as one stack in hand.
-
You may only look at the top and bottom card of your stack.
-
The player with the lowest dot value on one of their visible cards starts. Play continues clockwise.
Gameplay
On your turn, choose the top or bottom card of your stack and place it in the playing area according to the following rules:
-
Connecting shapes
Connect one edge of your card (triangle, square, or rectangle) to the same shape on one existing card in play. The edges must match perfectly. -
Strategic covering
Try to cover your opponents’ dots while keeping your own dots visible. -
Rotating and flipping
The cards are double-sided and mirrored, so you may rotate or flip a card to find a valid placement. -
One connection per turn
Your card may be connected to only one other card per turn, even if it touches multiple cards. -
Invalid move
If a card is placed incorrectly, it must be removed unless another card has already been placed on top of it. -
No valid move available
If you cannot make a valid move with either visible card, you may place one card anywhere in the playing area, as long as it does not touch other cards.
End of the Game and Scoring
-
The game ends immediately once all players have played all their cards.
-
Each player counts the number of visible dots on the cards of their own color.
-
The player with the most visible dots wins.
In case of a tie, the victory is shared, or the player who got rid of all their cards first wins.
